What are men saying about THAT GUY?
With over 2.8 million views of the campaign video on twitter, itโs fair to say THAT GUY went viral, with a huge response on social media and in the press, thousands of new social media followers and dozens of articles written about the powerful advert that asks men to reflect on and challenge their attitudes to women.
But what are men saying about the campaign and what does that say about our attitudes to women?
Line of Duty actor Mark Bonnar tweeted his support.
This is a really important campaign film by @PoliceScotland We have to examine our behaviour as men and challenge that of our peers. #DontBeThatGuy https://t.co/Qc25f3s6Ol

Another Scottish actor, Greg McHugh of Gary Tank Commander fame, quote-tweeted Scot Squad’s Jordan Young, who backed the campaign by sharing a personal video on twitter.
Well said Jordan- calling out inappropriate behaviour is the first step on the way forward. ๐ https://t.co/t8rdGt4QOD

Presenter and columnist Alistair Heather interviewed Detective Superintendent Fil Capaldi from Police Scotland and explored his own male sexual entitlement in a series of videos.
Male Sexual Entitlement. I’ve had it. Maybe you have to.
But what the hell is it? You might be uncomfortable about it. I was.

Clyde 1 radio presenter and DJ Callum Gallacher encouraged guys to talk to their pals.
Lads. Watch this. How much of this do you recognise? You may not have said it yourself, but youโll know most of it to be true. Takes the wind out you a bit knowing that this can be where sexual assault starts. #DontBeThatGuy. Donโt let your boys be that guy.๐๐ป@ThatGuyScotland #ad pic.twitter.com/7XcWUMJjae

Our favourite social media post though comes from the Govan Youth Information Project who encouraged young guys in the group to watch the THAT GUY video and discuss issues that affect women. Well done all at GYIP!
A good night at our Thursday Drop In covering an important issue of today : Inequality of woman/girls in our society.
The group also watched @ThatGuyScotland which is extremely powerful as well as reading @Oldfirmfacts1 article on football fans role in changing attitudes pic.twitter.com/DEUpne69Wm
